Monarch University

At Monarch HealthCare we value the learning experience and strive to enhance skills at every level. On your first day, you are automatically enrolled as a Monarch University student. Monarch University is comprised of online courses, instructor led courses, and self study curriculum designed to broaden your knowledge and sharpen your skills. Our courses include soft skills such as leadership and business etiquette and technical skills that include Microsoft Office Suite applications. You will have choices that make learning convenient, flexible and accessible.

Monarch HealthCare understands your time is valuable, therefore we offer a variety of on-site concierge services.

Dry Cleaning

Dry Cleaning service on-site is just one of the innovative ways Monarch HealthCare helps our employees save time. Our Dry Cleaning vendor can also take care of your tailoring and shoe repair needs, all from the convenience of the office.

Auto Detailing

Auto Detailing is also offered on-site for your convenience. Our expert auto detail vendor is on-site weekly with competitive rates.

Weight Watchers at Work

Join one of several weekly programs offered throughout the year to help employees realize and reach their health potential with the convenience of an on-site meeting. This is a great program that assists our employees in achieving and maintaining healthy food relationships.

Employee Wellness Programs

Monarch HealthCare is committed to wellness for our community and our employees. We offer an array of educational seminars to promote wellness through learning. Topics in our Wellness Seminars include diabetes, walk for heart health, fast nutritious cooking and more. The Wellness Programs also include onsite exercise programs that include: Yoga, Zumba, Boot Camps and much more.
